What I'm Taking

This is what I am taking from home. I plan to get rid of some stuff after Australia. Some of my biggest decisions were what size pack to get (Eagle Creek Global Traveler 50 liter), to bring hiking boots or running shoes (running shoes), and to bring a sleeping bag or not (not).

Clothes

When bundle-wrapped, these take up an amazingly small amount of room. In fact, they fit in the bottom compartment of my pack.

1 nylon slacks
1 convertible slacks
2 short sleeve tee shirts (one synthetic, one blended)
1 short sleeve polo shirt
2 long sleeve tee shirts (both cotton)
1 thermal underwear top

1 pair Teva sport sandals (most comfortable shoes ever)
1 pair old running shoes
